How Do I Track My Order?
You will be sent tracking information as soon as your order is processed.
What are your delivery options?
UPS Ground. Delivery 3-5 business days after your payment has cleared. Other delivery options are automatic if you are close to any of our FedX routes, delivered within 2-3 days.
How do I return an item?
Return Merchandise And Order Cancellation Policy. Permission for any return merchandise, or order cancellation, must be secured from our customer service department. For questions about returning merchandise, or order cancellation, contact our Customer Service at 877-693-0098, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org All claims for shortages, damages, etc, must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incurr a 20% of purchase or $20.00, whichever is higher re-stocking charge in addition to freight and COD charges, at our discretion. Clothing must not look worn. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 7 days from the receipt of shipment. We have a 7 day return refund policy.
The warehouses where our clothing is shipped from, the companies have hired professional cleaning services to clean and disinfect as needed, putting an action plan in place if a case is detected in their work environment. Updates combatting Covid 19 are daily. All of our staff at this time are working from home. All Covid essentials are on hand if and when needed. Our warehouse workers are kept as safe as possible. Here at Bandys Active Wear, what you see is what you get when ordering. If you do not see the actual color swatches or color buttons sometimes when ordering, just click the select color drop down menu box and pick and click your color and an image of your product you plan to order will appear. When searching an SKU number or name of a product and you see the SKU searching for and see the same number with an"A", it's a continuation of the colors available. Example SKU 123 and 123A.
